The pool area desperately needs a deep clean!!! Management should really invest in upgrading those outdated facilities, including uncomfortable sofa beds. Fixing the persistent issues with room locks would also enhance guest security significantly!!!

The breakfast staff. Went to breakfast at 8 am and all three coffee pots were empty. Looked for the staff person and she was in the back texting on her phone. Left and went someplace else.
